The film saw a steady drop throughout the week though in its first weekend the film could not manage to earn decent numbers at the box office. According to trade reports, Thank God earned a total of 3.7 crores on Saturday and 4 crores on Sunday. The film further saw a huge decline on Tuesday, grossing just 1.55 crores. The film now stands at a total of 32.40 crores. Now it is predicted that the film can collect a total of 35-40 crores in its lifetime.

Thank God is a fun family entertainer that will see a face-off between Chaturgupta and a common man. Ajay Devgn will play the latest incarnation of Chaturgupta, who is said to be the record keeper of human deeds in heaven according to Indian mythology. Directed by veteran director Indira Kumar, this family drama stars Ajay Devgan, Siddharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishna Kumar under the banner of T Series and Maruti International. The film was released on October 25.
