New Delhi [India]October 28 (ANI/SRV): The Indian Business Council (IBC) announced the winners of the 5th Digital Dragons Awards (DDA) on October 14, 2022 at a grand ceremony held at VITS Mumbai. Reliance Jio, Bajaj Finserv, Disney, Westside, Viacom 18’s Voot Select, Amazon India, Natgeo India, Pocket Aces, Tata Communications and ICICI Prudential bagged some of the best awards in the digital advertising, marketing strategy and web/app excellence categories.
The most prestigious awards of the evening, Digital Enterprise of the Year and Digital Agency of the Year were presented by Reliance Jio and White Rivers Media respectively. Commenting on the award, Mitesh Kothari, Founder and CCO, White Rivers Media said, “For an agency that believes in hacking internet subcultures, we are delighted to win the most sought-after recognition for digital excellence in India. The Digital Dragons Awards 2022 was the Business Council of India’s first physical post-pandemic event and was attended by the who’s who of the digital branding and marketing sectors. Along with announcing the winners, the evening witnessed insightful speeches by Esha Datta, Vice President, Hawass Group, and Subhobroto Chakraborty, Founder and Chief Digital Consultant, Thedigitalfellow.com. Esha Datta highlighted the three V’s – voice, video and vernacular – that will become a mass reality and become a force to be reckoned with in the future.
Subhobroto Chakraborty, on the other hand, sheds light on the hard facts about the adoption and future of digital transformation, identifying who will truly be the digital champions five years from now. Speaking about the event, Subhobroto said, “The Business Council of India’s Digital Dragons Awards & Conference 2022 was an exciting and motivating platform for the brands and marketing fraternity. It gave everyone a platform to stay abreast of the latest developments in the digital ecosystem.”
The IBC also hosted a panel discussion on the same evening on the theme “Digital Experience: The Future of Business”. The six panelists are Ankor Dasgupta, VP – Content #ARM Worldwide, Hemal Patel, VP Data & Media Services at Kensio, Amin Shaikh, Head of Digital Marketing at BOLT, Shetanshu Dikshit, Head – Digital Communications Pernod Ricard India, Abdulkadir Vasadwala, Nahar Prasenjit Karmakar, Group Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing at L&T SuFin shared their experiences and insights on the future of metaverse, video marketing, social influencers and cobots in marketing.
Each year, IBC recognizes leading professionals, campaigns, solutions and products in the digital space during the Digital Dragons Awards. This year’s winners were selected after extensive evaluation by a 16-member jury, including Amit Purohit, Head of Digital Business, Aditya Birla Sunlife, Imran Kadri, Head of Marketing and PR, Harley Davidson Motor Company, Aprajita Biswas. , Head of Marketing – The Hindu, Archana Aggarwal, VP – Marketing at Airtel and Balaji Vaidyanathan, Director Marketing – CEEMEA, Franklin Templeton. “DDA is about celebrating the great work done by individuals and organizations in the digital space.
