Jio Network: Reliance responds to user complaints about service disruptions in Mumbai | Techno Glob


Reliance Jio users may face intermittent problem while using internet services or making or receiving calls over mobile connection, the company said while responding to a number of customers complaining about the network on Twitter.

According to a user named Gajanand Sonthakke, the network problem has prevented him from making calls in all areas of Pune and Wagholi for almost three hours.

Another user, Nithin Markwyn Dsouza, said he had a serious problem with the Jio Network in Bandra, where he was disconnected for two hours. “All Jio connections calls, messages and internet are down,” he wrote.

In response, Jio wrote, “Hi Nitin! We understand how inconvenient this is. You may be facing intermittent problem while using internet services or making or receiving calls on your mobile connection. This is temporary and our team is working to resolve it. early.”

Kasip Shah said that there was no Jio service for two hours.

Kunal Shah wrote: “Reliance Jio your network is not available in Mumbai. Facing problem since 2 hours.” To this, Jio said the service issue is temporary and “our team is working to resolve this at the earliest.”

Siddharth Gandhi said today that Jio’s Mumbai network has been completely shut down. “I’m asking for the network. It is causing great inconvenience,” he said.
