ICICI Bank: Customers face glitches as net banking and mobile app services decline. | Techno Glob

Customers of the country’s second largest private sector bank ICICI Bank on Friday seemed to be unhappy that their net banking services were not responding on the page. Customers are also facing difficulties in logging in through ICICI Bank’s app. When one tries to log in through the app, “We are currently experiencing difficulties processing your request. Please try again later.”

Many users took to microblogging site Twitter to report that they were unable to use internet banking.

This information was also provided by ICICI Direct’s Twitter handle. “Dear Customer, http://ICICIdirect.com is currently down. We are working to restore normalcy as soon as possible and will update you here. We deeply regret the inconvenience,” the tweet said.

@ICICIBank_Care tweeted that @ICICIBank web and mobile app login is not working 3 hours ago.

Another user wrote, “@ICICIBank all services @ICICI_Direct Demat, upi, netbanking, credit card, debit card and iMobile are down now as @PMOIndia started within 1.5 hours. Hope to recover soon.
